  • This work is not based in traditional talk therapy or goal-oriented coaching.

    While those approaches often focus on analyzing the past or creating change through strategy and mindset, this work focuses on what is happening in the body in real time.

    We work with:

    • the nervous system

    • physical sensation

    • patterns as they arise in the present moment

    Rather than trying to think your way into change, the process is experiential.

    It allows the body to process what has been held, reorganize patterns, and create shifts that are felt, not just understood.

    At times, we may also explore patterns through symbolic or archetypal frameworks.

    This offers a different lens than traditional analysis, helping you understand how deeper patterns have shaped your experience without needing to stay rooted in the past.

  • Reiki is a form of energetic work that supports the body’s natural ability to regulate, restore, and rebalance.

    It works with the body’s energetic system, which is closely connected to the nervous system and how we process stress, emotion, and experience.

    In sessions, Reiki may be used to:

    • support nervous system regulation

    • release stored tension or energetic “holding”

    • create space for deeper processing

    • enhance relaxation and clarity

    Reiki can be offered both in person and remotely.

    Because it works with the energetic system, it is not limited by physical location. Remote sessions can be just as effective in supporting shifts in how the body processes and responds.

    You don’t need to understand or believe in it for it to work.

    It is simply one of the tools used to support the system in moving toward balance.

    I don’t “do the work” for you.

    I create the structure, hold the container, and bring awareness to what is happening in real time, but the actual shift happens through your own engagement with the process.

    We work across a few core areas:

    • the body, through breath, nervous system work, and somatic awareness

    • patterns, through reflection, discussion, and symbolic or archetypal frameworks

    • energy, through practices like Reiki that support regulation and balance

    Most sessions include a mix of conversation and direct experience.

    But the focus is not on giving you answers.

    It’s on helping you see, feel, and understand your own patterns more clearly, so you can begin to shift them from within.

    In many ways, this becomes a form of guided self-study. You are not being “fixed.” You are learning how to work with your own system in a different way.
